Faulty Items

If you've received a faulty item, please email us at info@hinayat.co.uk with your order number, full name, and details of the product and the fault. We will guide you on how to return the item. Please note that faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty, we will refund you the standard postage rate.
